BMW Live returns this Saturday (25 July) for a busy celebration of the famous German marque. Here is some useful information which will help you make the most of your visit to the circuit.

No cash machine
Please note that there is no longer a cash machine at Oulton Park. Our ticket booths and in-house catering units all take card payments. If you require cash, please bring it with you.

Parking
All general parking is free of charge.

Blue Badge Parking
Blue badge holders may park free of charge inside the venue in the disabled parking and viewing area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. If you hold a blue badge, please follow public signage for disabled parking, or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.

Food and drink
Please note the Chequers bar and restaurant is currently closed, however there is is a food court/marquee on the infield. The Fogarty Moss Centre will also be serving drinks from the S46LM Lounge, located upstairs and will be open to everybody.

Tickets
Additional tickets will be available upon arrival at the venue. Please click here for pricing.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during midweek office hours at [email protected].

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account online. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue – the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival or printed tickets separated to speed up entry into the event.

Camping - pre-booked customers only
The campsite will open at 5pm on Friday 24 June and close at 7pm on Saturday 25 June.

You will need a camping ticket and a valid admission ticket/pass to gain access to the camp site.

Grandstand Seating – FREE
Grandstand seating is available free of charge on a first-come first-served basis, with Old Hall, Lodge and Knickerbrook stands open.

Grid Walk
A grid walk will take place at 12.45pm before the first BMW Club Car Championship race. This is open to all spectators and is subject to the schedule on the day. 

Programmes
Official event programmes are available for £6 from various programme booths around the venue and the Fogarty Moss Centre.

Motorsport News
Copies of the weekly Motorsport News paper are available to buy from the Fogarty Moss Centre for £4.50.

Oulton Park Radio 94.9FM
Don’t miss any of the action with Oulton Park Radio, broadcasting on 94.9FM.

You can purchase an earpiece radio from the store at Fogarty Moss Centre or one of the programme booths.

Trade stands
There will be a selection of traders selling motorsport merchandise and memorabilia at the event.

BMW displays
A stunning line-up of vehicles celebrating BMW will line Oulton Park, from BMW Car Club GB as well as a mixture of owners' clubs and individual displays. 

PH Drift Taxi rides
Fancy going sideways? PH Drift will be in attendance offering drift taxi rides (individual charges apply).

Scalextric racing
Test your Scalextric skills at BMW Live as a track will be set up in the Fogarty Moss Centre.

Battle of Britain memorial Flypast
BMW Live is once again proud to have a flypast from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (subject to weather and operational arrangements). 

 Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi can be accessed from the grandstands at Oulton Park. To access the facility, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI and enter your details.

Children's Wristbands
Please pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the Fogarty Moss Centre reception. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time - thieves are known to operate in the Cheshire West area.

No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide dog.

Motorised vehicles
The use of motorised paddock vehicles – except mobility scooters – is strictly prohibited. This includes e-scooters, go-peds, mini motos, kids’ ride-on vehicles and electric bikes of any kind.

Repeated use of motorised vehicles in the campsites or anywhere in the venue could result in the user being asked to leave the premises.

Scooters/bicycles - prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site 
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Oulton Park.

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
