US AutoShow returns to Oulton Park for a day of American flavoured entertainment on and off track this weekend (Saturday 22 August). We’re looking forward to welcoming spectators, and here is some useful information to help visitors make the most of their trip to the circuit.

No cash machine
Please note that there is no longer a cash machine at Oulton Park. Our ticket booths, programme vendors and in-house catering units all take card payments. If you require cash, please bring it with you.
Food and drink
Friday
The Fogarty Moss Centre bar and restaurant will be serving food up to 20:30, whilst the bar will be open til late.
Saturday
The Fogarty Moss Centre will be open from 7am serving food throughout the day with the bar opening from 11am.
Please note the Chequers bar and restaurant is currently closed, however there is is a food court/marquee on the infield as well as the Fogarty Moss Centre.
BBQs and fire safety
BBQs are not permitted in general spectator areas. Open fires, fire pits and wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited.
Parking
All general parking is free of charge.
Blue Badge Parking
Blue badge holders may park free of charge inside the venue in the disabled parking and viewing area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. If you hold a blue badge, please follow public signage for disabled parking, or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
Camping (pre-booked only)
The free camping allocation for this event has now reached capacity. Those with camping tickets may camp from 5pm on Friday until 7pm on Saturday night, but only limited facilities are available. You will need to be in possession of both a camping ticket and event pass to gain access.
There is no shop located on the campsite, but there are supermarkets nearby, including a Co-Op in Tarporley, and our circuit restaurant will be serving hot food, snacks and drinks.
BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground, but open fires are not permitted. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol too.
Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Oulton Park (except Guide/Assistance dogs), including the campsite.

Tickets

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during midweek office hours at [email protected].
Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account online. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue – the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.
Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival or printed tickets separated to speed up entry into the event.

Copies of the weekly Motorsport News paper are available to buy from the Fogarty Moss Centre for £4.50
Oulton Park Radio 94.9FM
Don’t miss any of the action with Oulton Park Radio, broadcasting on 94.9FM.
You can purchase an earpiece radio from the store at Chequers restaurant or one of the programme booths.
Live music
A range of performances will take place on the Country Music Stage throughout the day:
12pm – Brooke Law
1.30pm – Fin Pearson
3pm – Jake O’Neill
Crewe’s Liners will be joining us for the first time, with 30-minute sessions at 11am and 2.30pm to help teach everyone the basics of line dancing.
Other activities
A host of American NASCAR legends will take to the circuit in demonstrations at 9.50am and 3.50pm, as well as forming part of a static display
Tot Wheels are making their US AutoShow debut. Their child-friendly ride-on classic American cars let little drivers take the wheel. Individual charges apply
The Art Studio and Pop-Up Play Village will provide further entertainment for the kids, with creativity encouraged!
BriSCA Heritage will celebrate 70 years of UK stock car racing with a demo at 12.10pm, as well as displays
A free grid walk will take place from 12.30pm ahead of the second Legends Cars Championship race
American food and drink will be available, including a themed menu in our Fogarty Moss Centre Diner by the paddock entrance

Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi can be accessed from the grandstands at Oulton Park, plus Chequers restaurant. To access the facility, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI and enter your details.
Children's Wristbands
Please pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the Chequers reception. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.
Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time - thieves are known to operate in the Cheshire West area.
No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide dog.
Scooters/bicycles - prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.
Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Oulton Park.
