The 2025 Oulton Park event season concludes with the spectacular Salford Van Hire Neil Howard Stage Rally and Fireworks event this Saturday (1 November). Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your trip to the circuit.

Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am.

Fireworks start time
The bonfire will be lit at approximately 6:30pm, with the fireworks due to start at around 6:45pm. Prime viewing of the bonfire and fireworks can be found alongside the Avenue and in front of the Fogarty Moss Centre, but superb views will be available from most infield areas.

We advise bringing torches and wearing reflective clothing.

Parking
All general parking is free of charge.

Blue Badge Parking
Blue badge holders may park free of charge inside the venue in the disabled parking and viewing area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. If you hold a blue badge, please follow public signage for disabled parking, or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.

No cash machine
Please note that there is no longer a cash machine at Oulton Park. Our ticket booths, programme vendors and in-house catering units all take card payments. If you require cash, please bring it with you.

Tickets
Additional tickets will be available upon arrival at the venue. Please click here for more information.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during midweek office hours at [email protected].

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account online. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue – the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival or printed tickets separated to speed up entry into the event.

Grandstands
Tickets for the Knickerbrook grandstand will be available for £15 per adult, or £10 for under-16s, and can be purchased from the booth at the stands.

Food and Drink
Please note the Chequers bar and restaurant is currently closed.

The Fogarty Moss Centre will be serving food and drink throughout the day.

Programmes
Official event programmes are on sale from the entrance gates, various programme booths around the venue and the Fogarty Moss Centre for £6.

Motorsport News
Copies of the weekly Motorsport News paper are now available to buy at the gates, programme booths, grandstands and the Fogarty Moss Centre. These will regularly be on sale at the circuit going forward. 

Additional entertainment
As well as the on-track rally action and evening fireworks display, there’s lots more to see and do around the venue, including:

  • Entertainment marquee featuring free arts and crafts, circus skills workshop and face painting from 12pm until 5pm
  • DJ inside the Fogarty Moss Centre
  • RC Vision will be showcasing remote-controlled car racing from 10am until 5pm in the entertainment marquee
  • Displays of rally cars and modified vehicles with off-road flair
  • Simulator experiences will be on offer at the entertainment marquee. Individual charges apply. 

Children's Wristbands
Please pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the Fogarty Moss Centre reception. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.

Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi can be accessed from the grandstands at Oulton Park. To access the facility, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI and enter your details.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time - thieves are known to operate in the Cheshire West area.

No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide dog.

Scooters/bicycles - prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site 
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Oulton Park.

Please respect our neighbours
We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
