Oulton Park’s signature Historic Gold Cup celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, and there is still plenty of time to join us to mark the occasion. On circuit action will be overseen by the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC), with a curated selection of races both from its own series portfolio as well as special guest classes. These will include Historic Formula 3, Historic Formula Junior and the Derek Bell Trophy for powerful 1970s single-seaters.

Additional offerings will be provided by stunning classic F1 cars courtesy of the Historic Grand Prix Cars Association, Motor Racing Legends, the Cooper 500 Owners Association, Classic Sports Car Club, Vintage Sports-Car Club and Ferrari Club Classic, ensuring a wide range of racing machines from yesteryear will take to the picturesque track.

The traditional summer fixture will be much more than a race event though, with an extensive off-track show to put visitors in a retro mood. Extensive classic car displays, retro music, a concours, a major Hampson Auction and so much more will add to the distinct flavour of this key social fixture on Cheshire’s automotive calendar.
