This year’s grid has a fascinating new look, with several high-profile competitors switching rides, including Tommy Bridewell and Glenn Irwin, who’ll line-up in a box office pairing at PBM Ducati. Others to look out for will include multiple champion Josh Brookes, fan favourite Peter Hickman and former MotoGP star Hector Barbera.
In the first official test, which took place last weekend at Circuito de Navarra, OMG Yamaha's Kyle Ryde led the way, ahead of Leon Haslam on a BMW M100RR with Glenn Irwin close behind in third.
The class of 2023 will practice throughout Saturday ahead of qualifying and the first race of the weekend on Sunday. Then they’ll clash twice more on Early May Bank Holiday Monday with a double-header around the International circuit.
The meeting will also feature a full support programme which includes a range of the UK’s top national two-wheel classes.
