We’re looking forward to welcoming you to US AutoShow Powered by Lucas Oil UK this Saturday (19 August). Here is some useful information to help you make the most out of your visit to the venue.

Public admission to the venue is from 8am.

Parking information

Parking is free of charge in all allocated public car parks.

Blue badge holders should follow public signage for disabled parking or alternatively, please speak to a member of staff on arrival.

Tickets

All advance sales have now closed. Tickets will be available on the gate for the following prices:

Adult: £25

Teen (13-15): £15

Senior Citizen (65+): £20

Under-13s: FREE

Please use card or contactless payments wherever possible.

If you have chosen to have advance tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

If you haven’t received them, contact us urgently during midweek office hours at [email protected]. Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven’t received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account online. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue – the e-tickets themselves must be printed or scanned from a mobile device.

Grandstands

Knickerbrook grandstand tickets have now sold out. A limited amount of tickets for the Old Hall grandstand are available to purchase from the booth at the stand priced at £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s.

CAMPING – NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY

Our extremely limited overnight camping offering has reached capacity and spaces will not be available on the day. Please do not head to the camping area unless you already have a valid ticket. If you are in possession of one, camping on the inside of Lodge corner will be open from 5pm on Friday until 6.30pm on Saturday night. Camping is not permitted for anybody on Saturday night.

There is no shop located on the campsite, but there are supermarkets nearby, including a Co-Op in Tarporley, and our circuit restaurant (Chequers, by the paddock entrance) will be serving American-inspired hot food, snacks and drinks. BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground, but fires are not permitted. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol too.

Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Oulton Park (except Guide/Assistance dogs), including the campsite.

Programmes

Official event programmes are on sale from the Chequers restaurant reception and various booths for just £6.

Oulton Park Radio

Don’t miss any of the action with Oulton Park Radio broadcasting on 94.9FM.

Radio earpieces are available to purchase from the store at Chequers restaurant.

Disney

KA-CHOW! In partnership with Mattel, Disney and Pixar Cars arrive at Oulton Park’s US AutoShow with a life-size Lightning McQueen model as part of Disney’s 100th Anniversary celebrations! Lightning McQueen will be accompanied by a model of his on-screen best friend Tow Mater.

You can find Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater on the infield at the start of the car display. For more information, view the event map.

Grid walk

At 11.40am, subject to any delays, there will be a spectator grid walk where fans can get even closer to the action on the famous Oulton Park grid before the first Bernie’s V8s and Historic Outlaws race.

USA car display

Featuring everything from ultra-classic American cars to giants of the US highways, Oulton Park’s infield will host an impressive display featuring hundreds of American vehicles!

Live music

A live music stage will host Americana-inspired sounds throughout the day. The artists performing are:

Rev Ferriday – 11:00-12:30

Debi Hall – 13:45-15:15

Emily Lockett – 15:45-17:15

NASCAR and BriSCAR Heritage demonstrations

During the day there will be demonstration laps from NASCAR and BriSCAR Heritage cars with stock cars including a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Chevrolet Impala, Toyota Camry and a Chevrolet Silverado Truck taking to the famous Oulton Park circuit.

Here to help

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Children's wristbands

Please pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the Chequers reception. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.

Cashpoint

There is a cashpoint on site, which is located near the Chequers bar.

Gazebos and other structures

You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Security

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

No dogs/animals permitted on site

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas

Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.

Please respect our neighbours

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the circuit.
