The Bennetts British Superbike Championship makes its second visit of 2023 to picturesque Oulton Park for a key late season fixture on the International circuit.
It’s going to be a crucial weekend as the championship reaches the all-important Showdown phase and the points value per race increases. With the BikeSocial Sprint race on Saturday and two more extended contests on Sunday, expect plenty of drama as a full field of top riders give it everything to stay in the title hunt.
Tommy Bridewell, Glenn Irwin, Kyle Ryde, Josh Brookes and Leon Haslam are the favourites heading into the event, but there’s a packed grid of riders all looking to take advantage of the revised format and force their way into the battle.
The meeting will also feature a full support programme which includes a range of the UK’s top national two-wheel classes.

Old Hall
Located at the end of the long start/finish straight, Old Hall provides high drama and tension at the start of the race plus overtaking attempts as the event progresses. You’ll also see duels take place on the run down the hill to Cascades.

Lodge
One of the slowest corners on the track, you’ll see plenty of passing attempts as the field heads out of the fast Druids corner and down the long straight. It’s also the final corner on the circuit, and the scene of many last lap dramas.

Knickerbrook
This is one of the most exciting spots on the whole Oulton Park circuit as the racers rapidly decelerate from the high speed Hill Top straight into a tricky little chicane.

With a selection of leading manufacturers and riders assembled on the grid, the BSB’s leading support category is a top class series in its own right.
Pirelli National Superstock Championship
The Pirelli National Superstock 1000 is a series fast developing a reputation for producing top class talent. Many past competitors have graduated to BSB level, so the current crop will be keen to emulate their performances!
Free Parking
All general parking is free of charge. Blue badge holders may park free of charge inside the venue in the disabled parking and viewing area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. If you hold a blue badge, please follow public signage for disabled parking, or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
Free Pit Walk and Autograph Session
Meet all your favourite riders during the official pit walk, which will commence some time on Sunday.
Trade Stands
A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise.
GIANT TV SCREENS
To help you keep up with all the action there will be two big screens showing all of Sunday's action located at Cascades (serving both the infield and outfield viewing areas) as well as a screen facing the Old Hall grandstand and campsite areas.
HELMET AND LEATHER PARK
As with previous Bennetts BSB events there will be a "Helmet and Leathers Park" run by Tarporley Rotary Club, with all proceeds going to local charities. A small donation of £4 for a helmet, £7 for leathers or £10 for both items will ensure your kit is in safe and secure hands for the day.
BSB RADIO PRESENTED BY KAWASAKI K OPTIONS 88.3FM
BSB Radio will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend.
LIVE MUSIC
There will be live music on the Saturday night – so there will be plenty to enjoy for those of you camping or remaining on site into the evening.

Why not make a weekend of it and stay on-site at Oulton Park? We have a dedicated camping area with full facilities - just a short stroll from the racetrack. The price enables you to stay for up to four nights.
Please note you will need to be in possession of a valid weekend admission ticket/pass in addition to a camping ticket in order to gain access to the campsite.
You can choose from unreserved camping at Oulton Park, or you can reserve a pitch in advance. Pitches are generously sized and yours for the duration of the event; choose your preferred location and don't worry about having to rush to secure a good spot.
PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ON THE CAMPSITE.
There are three different pitch types available on the Oulton Park campsite:
Trackside Pitch (£69) - Allows views of the racetrack and a guaranteed space (8m x 7m, including vehicle(s)). The ‘General’ camping rules on noise will apply. Vehicles longer than 7m will not be permitted to enter.
Reserved Pitch (£25) - A guaranteed space (8m x 7m, including vehicle(s)), with a maximum of six people. Ideal for caravans/larger parties. Available in both the 'General' and 'Quiet' campsites.
RV/Motorhome Zone (£55) - Can accommodate RVs or Motorhomes more than 7m in length (only). The ‘General’ camping rules on noise will apply.
