Oulton Park is set for a frantic day of motorcycle racing action as the Thundersport GB Bike Championships head north this Saturday

This weekend's action includes two races for the Thundersport GP1, the organisation's premier two-wheeled racing series. GP1 is the pinnacle of club-level motorbike racing as it is open to a wide variety of high-power machines, running to open regulations. This means that there are no limits on performance or tyre tuning, meaning that teams are free to tinker with advanced electronics, sophisticated suspension, and high-horsepower engines, and field top quality bikes.

The paddock will also be open this weekend offering spectators a chance to meet the teams and drivers as well as get closer to the machines. Also be sure to pick up your free full-colour race programme and soak up a bit of glamour from the Thundersport Grid Girls.
